    The Delivery Support & Payroll Associate plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for the One NSC process. Each Delivery Support & Payroll Associate will work with their assigned operational leaders, recruiters, sales representatives, and field associates. In this role, the Delivery Support & Payroll Associate will ensure the smooth operation of the branch and daily recruiting and business operations. They are the liaison between the field (sales & recruiting) and the back office (finance & risk). Duties/Responsibilities: Answer and direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inquiries. Timely, accurately, and compliantly send, review, approve and process new hire onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, Direct Deposit information, and completing the I-9 and e-verify. The Delivery Support & Payroll Associate must demonstrate a high degree of service orientation, focused on actively working to onboard new employees in a manner that positively represents the company and makes the new employee feel important and welcome. Process necessary background checks and drug tests required for jobs. Collect and save required items for payroll processing on a weekly basis. Work in close communication with operational leaders, Recruiters, HR, Payroll, and Billing departments in addition to field associates. Provide timecard and billing adjustment as needed to ensure proper payout and invoicing. Serve as a first point of contact for trouble shooting any onboarding and payroll issues. Work with each recruiting team on ensuring job boards are up to date. Assist recruiters with tracking candidates in VMS exchanges as well as tracking employee certifications to ensure they are active. Assist with ordering, scheduling, and administering required employee remote and onsite training during the onboarding process. Contribute to front of the office duties as needed per office. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education may satisfy work experience qualifications. Prefer 1-3 years of experience with human resources processes, employee onboarding, and/or payroll process experience. Previous experience with delivering exceptional customer service. Prefer knowledge of NSC processes and/or working competency with Bullhorn Ability to work independently Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members. Must be able to work well with payroll data and must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must also have a stong math background and 10 key calculator skills. Candidates must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Working knowledge of union contractual language and non-union wage plans will be required. Must be willing to work some OT as well as some weekends and holidays. Hours of work will likely change depending on the needs of the business.
