ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Schedule and conduct new employee onboarding meetings. Answer telephones, schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings or appointments. Provide support and troubleshoot issues for current and perspective employees who call and visit the Human Resources office. Maintains frequent contact with the public, CCPS employees via telephone, email and written correspondence. Maintains confidentiality in all Human Resources practices. Performs other duties as related to the Human Resources Department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate superior human relations skills Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to operate office equipment to include scanner, copier, multi-line telephone system and computer. Experience in human resources preferred

•Written communications by email, text, etc., must be professional and accurate when describing issues and deadlines.
•Good phone communications are key. Must be able to get on the phone with employees and supervisors to discuss, collect proper documents, and prompt responses to time-sensitive matters.
•Organizational and time management skills ensure that time and attendance are ready for payroll processing before deadlines.
•CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience with documenting activity, follow-up, data entry, and mass emails to employees using internal software.
•Self-motivated and driven to succeed and to work efficiently to maximize your success.

•Willing to work hard and do what it takes to be successful.
