Position pays between 70-90K depending on experience.** **Essential Responsibilities:** + Serves as the Union Specialist for the design, implementation, and enhancement of all Union Reporting, processing, and controls. + Performs reconciliations, and initiates payments for Union Dues, Pensions, Health & Welfare (Unions) in compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA's). + Establishes, modifies, and develops processes to enhance and expedite the processing of Union Reporting via electronic means when specified by the CBA. + Leads and or assist in the set-up of all new deduction codes in the payroll system. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies. Payroll processes the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. This job family maintains payroll records and calculates overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses, taxes and deductions.
