Duties/Responsibilities: Answer and direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inquiries. Timely, accurately, and compliantly send, review, approve and process new hire onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, Direct Deposit information, and completing the I-9 and e-verify. The Delivery Support & Payroll Associate must demonstrate a high degree of service orientation, focused on actively working to onboard new employees in a manner that positively represents the company and makes the new employee feel important and welcome. Process necessary background checks and drug tests required for jobs. Collect and save required items for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
