Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Responsible for all assigned design projects from kickoff through permitting. • Coordinate with project designers to review project parameters and help schedule design resources. • Coordinate civil sub-consultants such as survey, utility locate, geotechnical, environmental and traffic engineering. • Review and understand project scope with the client and civil design team, lead and provide direction to civil design staff for site feasibility, conceptual site plans, and site civil drawing package development. • Fully plan and execute project parameters for deliverables, schedules, and budgets for clients. • Assist in maintaining and tracking project financials, including vendor invoice approvals, internal labor billings, and client invoicing. • Ensures design meets client standards, is code compliant and constructable. • Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project. • Coordinate design changes and project constraints with client representatives. • Track and report project status to internal EPC program manager on a weekly basis, where necessary. • Serve as client contact for multiple projects simultaneously. • Preparations and negotiation of proposals and contracts with both clients and sub-consultants. • Collect A/R's, efficiency and profit evaluations and manage the financial aspect for assigned projects. • Coordinate with permit expeditors throughout the process and assist with jurisdictional meetings. • Coordination with electrical team during utility coordination and procurement efforts. • Assist with handoff to construction manager and monitor RFIs during construction. • Track project closeout and report final status to EPC Program Manager, where necessary. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred. • Licensure as Professional Engineer is a plus. • 10+ years of civil/land development project management experience with 2+ years' experience working on EV projects or similar.
