TYPICAL DUTIES
Assist project managers with up-front planning aimed at providing quality documents within established hour budgets and support them to meet performance objectives.

This individual is an electrical system expert, Revit authority, and go-to mentor within the discipline. Essential Functions:
Lead the production and coordination of full electrical design packages for large-scale or highly complex projects.
Standardize Revit workflows across teams and lead development of firmwide modeling resources, families, and templates.
Resolve advanced technical modeling challenges and mentor staff in efficient BIM strategies for electrical systems.
Review and approve project documentation for compliance with code, performance objectives, and client requirements.
Author and edit electrical project narratives, design briefs, and owner-facing documents with minimal oversight.
Integrate multiple complex systems across disciplines; resolve electrical system conflicts with other discipline teams.
Perform advanced electrical system analysis, including lifecycle assessments, decarbonization strategies, and code interpretations.
