In these situations, Carl has demonstrated skills including cash management, crisis management, restatement of financial statements, issuance of debt and equity securities through both private equity placement and public offerings, debt refinancing, management of banking relationships, acquisition integration, formation of finance departments, internal control creation, cost reduction, and implementation of ERP systems. Executive with extensive experience in forecasting and managing cash in financially constrained companies with ability to use strong Excel skills combined with experience with loan covenants and key performance indicators to create complex, integrated financial models.

\'Joel has progressed through many roles at PC Construction since starting his career as a laborer and laborer supervisor. While completing one of the top-ranked undergraduate construction management programs in the country, Joel continued to gain work experience through summer internships at PC. In fact, Joel completed internships in estimating, office engineering and as a chemical pipe fitter over the course of three summers. Following graduation and joining PC full-time, Joel was involved in PC’s Leadership Development Program (LDP); where he gained hands-on experience in scheduling, site supervision and estimating.

While Joel has been successful in many different roles at PC, he has always been keen on integrating construction with computer technology. Thus PC’s growing virtual construction department was a natural fit. In his current role as virtual construction engineer, Joel serves as the technical point of contact for model development and integration, and also coordinates closely with design engineers, owners and subcontractors. Joel’s extensive field and office engineering experience, coupled with his technical construction skills, are extremely valuable to the development of an accurate, high-performance BIM implementation.\'
