As a Sales Engineer II for PCB/Endevco your primary objective is to generate revenue opportunities and cultivate new and long-term relationships with customers by developing PCB's key TEST markets in a very large and technically demanding region with an impressively high customer mix. Territory details: Overwhelming majority by revenue and customer count is Northern CA (San Jose/Bay Area), but also includes smaller markets in OR, NV, ID, MT, WY.
Remote role with the requirement to visit assigned territory 25%-33% of the time and attend sales meetings and trade shows. Preference given to applicants living in the assigned territory or based out of Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to drive into the Phoenix office and work a hybrid schedule when not traveling.

Additional Duties:
Develops and grows assigned territory.
Schedules visits with customers in assigned territory.
Responds to a high volume of email and phone customer inquiries. Ongoing coordination with your assigned Inside Sales team member and Application Engineer.
Complete ownership of all quotations and leads with routine documented follow-ups focusing on closing business, securing visits, and total customer satisfaction.
Develops sales plan for assigned territory, supports forecasting efforts.
Responds accordingly to a wide range of technical customer inquiries, and other related matters including product availability, delivery, repairs and calibrations.
Performs demonstrations of equipment and trains customers on the proper use of equipment.
Ongoing coordination with the Product Groups out of HQ in terms of strategy alignment and tactical planning.
Provides routine territory feedback/updates to the Sales Management Team.
Training is provided regarding sensor principles, technology, construction etc. as well as company sales procedures/processes utilizing Salesforce and provided EXCEL tools.
Assists Product Groups with follow up activities pertaining to a wide variety of application inquiries, problem resolution, etc.
Provides critical liaison between customers and factory by communicating customer inputs to support PCB Marketing and Engineering efforts.
Attends and participates at sales meetings.
Attends trade shows and local conferences in assigned territory and other areas where needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Four-year degree or equivalent specialized training.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in the sensor and instrumentation field.
Demonstrated success in consistently growing revenue in an assigned territory
Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated.
Basic Computer Skills
Travel Requirement: Schedules visits with customers in assigned territory. Minimum 25%-33% travel into territory (weeklong visits into territory)

Position Summary
A Regional Sales & Channel Manager is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue and expanding market share within a specific region by leveraging indirect sales channels, such as partners, distributors, and resellers. Ensures compliance with and supports continuous improvement of the Modal Shop Quality System (MSQS).
Additional Duties:
Responsible to follow all Modal Shop (TMS) procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001, ISO17025 and other applicable standards.
Perform calibrations on sensors and equipment using delegated stations and resources.
Compares test results with manufacturer specifications to verify tests were performed correctly and data reported is accurate. Reports any out of specification results to appropriate team member.
Responsible for understanding and following proper electro-static discharge (ESD) protocol.
Performs all calibration and related tasks efficiently and accurately by following established written procedures.
Responsible for verifying that all tested or calibrated products meet specifications.
Responsible for monitoring and logging environmental conditions during calibrations.
Ensures calibration equipment is within calibration cycle; informs the team when dates are close to expiration.
Communicates with the team concerning any problems with product testing equipment.
Observes all safety precautions per department guidelines when operating test equipment.
Keeps work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Retrieves equipment and parts from inventory for customer orders or calibration services.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Must have basic computer skills and good communication skills. Training will be conducted in-house

* Ensure compliance with site permits and plans (indirect discharge, SPCC, SWPPP, Air)
* Manage and ensure compliance with the waste management program (hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal)
* Become a technical expert on site process technologies
* Help operations navigate complex regulations and company standards.
* Establish both a short term and long term EHS strategy for the site in conjunction with guidance from the Plant Manager and CCC/Chemviron Center of Excellence
* This EHS strategy shall be monitored as a KPI across the site and the incumbent will establish accountability channels to ensure that all levels of the organization delivers EHS results
* This individual shall also participate and lead cultural transformation across the site to achieve sustainable results
* Work closely with the Regional Center of Excellence leaders to verify quality of programs and processes via audit and self-assessment tools
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (preferably in an Environmental Management discipline, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
* A master's degree or equivalent is preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Develop and maintain daily communication with the process operators to determine if the unit has any mechanical or electrical maintenance issues

Participate in safety audits, safety meetings, and incident investigations, as necessary
Maintain housekeeping in all work areas
Install equipment and machinery, as necessary
Maintain all maintenance shop equipment tools in safe and proper condition
Perform various preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, and lubricating machinery and/or equipment
Assist in the training of new maintenance employees
Qualifications
A one-year certificate from college or technical school is required (Industrial Electric & Programming)
2-3 years of industrial electrical experience is required
2 years of industrial electric plant experience is preferred
