2007 Timothy Ratliff becomes PCCR director
In April 2008, following the takeover bid, Polynt S.p.A. is acquired by Polimeri Speciali S.P.A. (indirectly controlled by Invest Industrial) and delisted from the Italian Stock Exchange.
On 1st January 2012, Polynt France SARL becomes operational and has managed the marketing and sale of the Group’s products on the French market from its office in Lyon since 1st April 2012.
