Simply having the general duty to serve and help others in a hospitable fashion whilst also being challenged to do these things according to each guest's wants, needs, and preferences.

The routine aspect of the job. I enjoy helping others but I would much rather be in a position where I could teach others and be more informative on a liked topic, particularly sports such as football and basketball. Basically, I long for something more hands-on.

Having the opportunity to build relationships with coworkers from across the globe due to great J1 and internship programs and also the opportunity to build these types of relationships with guests that you meet. These opportunities expose you to bonds, friendships, and cultures that you would not be able to find elsewhere.
