Summary of Objective:
Work with machines, processes, design to develop technical documents for the department. Conduct machine and process research to develop various product/process quotes.

* Develop and implement various technical documents for the department.
* Research and evaluate machines / equipment, manufacturing processes, customer requirements and other performance criteria to develop quotes for new potential business, utilizing knowledge of materials and parts, fabrication, tooling and equipment capabilities.
* Confer with cost estimation, production, and maintenance to analyze process improvements, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment and workspace to provide quote information.
* Participate in the development of new and / or modified production projects and participate in various steps of the implementation.
* Develop documentation to meet anticipated new project requirements with various machines / equipment.
* Plan and direct various on site and off site testing for new machines / equipment as necessary.
* Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines as necessary.
* Provide training to various departments as necessary.
* Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
* Able to use various measurement devices such as a ruler, caliper and 32nds / 64ths scale.
* Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
* This position may require overtime and / or weekend work.

The base salary hiring range for this position is ($56,720 - $70,900) plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
