Director of Quality Operations is an example of just because people make good employees doesn’t mean they make good managers. No training, no guidance, no mentoring.
Overall the company was not horrible
Leadership is awful Tom, Louise loud mouth who thinks she can belittle and talk to people anyway she wants because she is a manager.
Get rid of the leadership. Start from scratch . This could be a great place to work if you remove the nepotism that has been placed on the ranks.
