Responsibilities
Assists with the interpretation of labor agreements and statutory legislations to ensure compliance regarding pay, deductions, benefits, taxes and documentation.
Maintains all employee payroll information to ensure it is current and accurate.
Maintains assigned tasks related to payroll system set up, where required (i.e., New Year statutory amounts, recharge rates, etc.).
Assists in the preparation and processing of full cycle payroll, where required, which includes review and balancing of all payroll related allocations (i.e. rates of pay, deductions, hours of work, burdens, statutory remittances, etc.).
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports and fillings as required.
Assists with the preparation of required employee payroll information, documents or payments for current or terminated employees as required by internal and external stakeholders.
Works in conjunction with appropriate resources to ensure employee transactions (i.e. new hires, LOA, job code changes, terminations, etc.) are processed accurately and timely.
Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in a related discipline an asset.
Experience using JD Edwards E1 a plus.
Relevant payroll certification obtained or actively working towards.
1 + years of previous payroll experience.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws and labor provider agreements.
Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation required to maintain and submit all necessary documentation and meet deadlines and requirements.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information. Working knowledge of and experience with payroll and accounting software.
Ability to establish and maintain effectice stakeholder relationships.
Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite and internal operating systems.

A Senior Manufacturing Plant Construction Estimator plays a critical role in the successful completion of manufacturing plant construction projects. With a strong focus on cost estimation, budget management, and collaboration, this position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication. Responsibilities
* Conducts detailed analysis of contract documents (isometric, as-built, and engineering drawings) and specifications for large hard-bid / lump sum, construction management and small to medium design build projects to determine overall project requirements (bonding, insurance, etc.).
* Establishes a critical path schedule including milestone dates and completion timelines to meet contract completion dates for large projects.
* Completes full quantity take-off of all labor, equipment, and materials for larger scopes.
* Leads pricing the general expense and project-specific general requirements for medium to large projects (lump sum and construction management).
* Completes as-bid estimate and trade buy-out strategy with operations team.
* Assists in presenting estimate/proposal and prepares and delivers client presentations.
* Performs quantity, material, and labor take-off from drawings, specifications, and related documents.
* Documents all information relating to the estimate and archives and organizes such information to transfer to the project team upon successful award.
* Conducts a risk and opportunity analysis for review by chief estimator to add into risk register.
* Liaises with external consultants and project management organizations to estimate project budget requirements and coordinates tender development process on behalf of clients.
* Assists with owners' project approval stages and develops cost estimates to support project capital-expense and project development plans.
* Monitors client project-specific success criteria (CPSSC); specifically understands owners' business, requirements, revenue generation, and provides solutions. Holds team accountable and challenges team and project to find creative solutions for overall project benefit.
* Ability to travel up to 40%
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, engineering or related field.
* 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating with 12 months of onsite experience preferred.
* Successfully led pursuits valued up to $250 million in delivery model hard bid/lump sum, construction management/cost reimbursable/target price and/or design build.
* Experience with self-perform estimate and productivity understanding.
* Knowledge and understanding of different construction methods, planning, scheduling, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines and is a district champion in these matters.
* Extensive knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation, including quantity take-off procedures, trade contractor procurement, pricing and bid closing procedures.
* Expert in understanding and teaching contract terms for various delivery models and able to identify contract risks and opportunity.
* Understands different bid processes and contract delivery type methods: Hard bid/lump sum, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), unit price, design-build, target prices and construction management/cost reimbursable.
* Ability to lead successful teams.

* Track and report on equipment utilization, jobsite scrap-outs, fleet maintenance, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with field teams, project leadership, and internal departments (e.g., Audit, Finance, Safety, IS) to maintain operational continuity and compliance.
* Oversee and maintain accurate records of transactions, maintenance logs, and inventory data using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and equipment tracking software.
* Identify process improvements and implement systems to streamline FEC equipment operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
* Supervise and direct laborers, drivers, and field support teams involved in equipment handling and logistics.
* Enforce and model compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and proper equipment handling procedures.
* Supervise FEC Equipment team, participate in hiring process, onboard new staff, and deliver timely performance feedback for direct reports, contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle, utilize talent management systems, and identify appropriate training to help with development needs.

* Communicate mechanical and electrical estimate and scopes of work to SourceBlue team, Turner staff, architects, engineers, and owners.
* Prepare quantity take-offs, analysis, estimates, and studies for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage (LV) system items incorporated in assigned scope from conceptual design through completed construction documents. The salary range for this position is estimated to be 134,400.00 - 209,300.00 USD annualized.
