Here's how a Building Systems Coordinator for our California Buildings office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Leads the coordination drawing process and provides direction on model coordination, as required. Reviews and understands prime contract and building systems subcontract details and ensures contract management of the trade contractors. Assists with the review of change notices/orders related to building systems for pricing, scope, and schedule impact.
