Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of dietary requirements. Requirements Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, catering practices, and order fulfillment. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary. Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and safety standards. Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
