About the Role: As a Production Generalist, you'll be expertly trained to operate and adjust a variety of printing and sorting machines. Your role is essential to guaranteeing the accuracy and quality of high-volume print jobs, from statements and insurance cards to loyalty cards. You will troubleshoot equipment, conduct quality checks, and ensure every batch meets exact order specifications-helping us deliver perfection with every package. What You'll Do: + Operate state-of-the-art machines that print financial statements, health insurance cards, loyalty cards, and more. + Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, attach tags, and prepare expedited mailing packages. + Run presorting machines to detect and separate damaged mail, requesting reprints as needed. + Organize sorted mail into bins for timely dispatch to the post office. + Collaborate closely with your team to drive productivity, maintain safety and security standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Cross-train on multiple machines and equipment to enhance team versatility and operational success. What You'll Need: + Basic computer proficiency (data entry and PC navigation). + Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. + Physical stamina to stand for 95% of your shift and lift 20 to 50 pounds. + Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays. + Experience with pallet jacks + Must be able to pass Background and Drug screen. What's a Plus: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment with familiarity in production processes. + A collaborative team player who can also take initiative independently.
