Job Title: Sr Anaplan Builder / Senior Applications Development Analyst
Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire potential)
Pay Range: $65/hr -$73/hr on W2 (DOE)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Anaplan Builder with strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise to support enterprise financial planning, revenue analytics, and incentive compensation models. This role will partner closely with finance stakeholders while collaborating with an offshore Anaplan development team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models supporting FP&A, revenue forecasting, and analytics
Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions
Support incentive compensation and performance management models
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
Optimize model performance, usability, and data integrity
Provide guidance and oversight to offshore Anaplan resources
Troubleshoot model issues and support ongoing enhancements
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of hands-on Anaplan development experience
Strong experience with FP&A models (budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning)
Solid finance background (corporate finance, planning, analytics)
Experience with client revenue analytics
Proven experience working with offshore teams
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment (3x/week)
Preferred Qualifications
Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Advanced Model Builder, etc.)
Experience with incentive compensation models
Prior experience in large enterprise or complex financial environments

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Hilo (forklift) to load, unload, transport, and stack materials and products as required.
Follow all safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE (steel toe/composite boots, gloves, protective eyewear, hearing protection, etc.).
Efficiently manage material handling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and stimuli.
Understand and follow work instructions, production processes, and required safety training.
Perform routine inspections of forklifts and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Ensure accurate tracking of product quantities, locations, and proper inventory storage.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movements and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and housekeeping standards.
Required qualifications:
Proven ability to follow and understand safety regulations and PPE guidelines.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to comprehend work instructions and complete required training.
Willingness to cross-train in multiple jobs within the training period.
Strong attention to detail in maintaining product specifications and ensuring quality standards are met.
Ability to retain job-specific information and assist in training others after an adequate period on the job.
Prior experience operating a Hilo or forklift in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with basic math for product tracking and changeovers.
Experience with mechanical processes and understanding machine functionality.
Experience in fast-paced environments where large products are assembled or moved.
Background in metalworks, steel, aluminum, or similar industries.
Prior experience in roles requiring troubleshooting or maintenance of equipment, such as forklifts, automobiles, or industrial machines.
Physical requirements of position:
Ability to operate a forklift for extended periods during 8 to 12-hour shifts.
Ability to frequently sit, stand, and maneuver within a production environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive movements, such as bending, reaching, and rotating materials for proper placement and organization.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve zoned shipping requests from the Back Office Pick List

Pull individual ship requests and stage them neatly and organized on rolling racks
Retrieve missing packages from the warehouse as required
Pull and deliver freight shipments to the correct shipper according to the freight board
Retrieve and pass out standard shipments evenly to all shippers
Verify all pick lists are pulled daily in a timely manner and by order of urgency
Maintain zone cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse
Maintain communication with management and the training team regarding any login errors
