About the Company
We're looking for a SR PLANNER/SCHEDULER to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne office. This is a construction related role. Most of the work will be completed on-site at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Provide technical support and execution of project controls and scheduling functions for project using Deltek VantagePoint. This position includes assisting the Project Manager in the development of project plans, Critical Path Method (CPM) compliance in accordance with client contract documents, accuracy validation of subcontract vendor schedules, including progress and schedule logic conflict management. Forecasting, diagnosing, and planning workarounds and other project tracking needs.
US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain schedules.
Develop and maintain all project schedules and coordinate schedules with the client.
Support the project in the compiling of multiple subproject schedules to establish the status of work on a weekly basis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other ad hoc reporting as required by the contract, requested by the Project Manager.
Support the project with day-to-day administration of the project, including financial control, reporting, monitoring.
Provide earned value progress and performance reporting for the project.
Validate variance analysis.
Develop and maintain all manpower loading for projects in Deltek.
Maintain project Closeout Tracker on real-time basis.
Report out project schedule status in staff meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field. Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
Required Skills
8 or more years of work experience in project controls and scheduling with 5+ years on large scale projects.
5+ years of experience with earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement approaches for construction phases of work.
Experience with Deltek Acumen software is preferred.
Financial Analysis experience.
5 or more years of experience (demonstration of proficiency) in administering project schedules.
Experience with directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, cost loaded schedules, and risk analysis.
Experience with the MS Office Suite - Specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the project team.
Ability to plan, organize, document, perform, review project controls and schedule with minimum supervision.

What you will need:
8+ years of experience in a planning capacity.

Significant and recent project management experience in Florida.
Strong knowledge of computer programs (GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office programs) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents.

+ The client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Capacity Planning & Order Management TPM to support our Compute Resources Order Management Operations. The role will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of compute resource requests, ensuring timely order placement, tracking, reconciliation, and stakeholder communication.
+ This position requires a strong background in datacenter / GPU infrastructure capacity planning, infrastructure project delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with both technical and operational teams to drive seamless execution.
+ The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in project management methodologies and analytical skills (SQL, dashboarding) to provide visibility into order health, capacity planning (CPU, GPU, and datacenter infrastructure), and fulfillment efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with global infrastructure teams and requires proactive problem-solving to ensure datacenter and GPU resource demands are met on schedule.
**Responsibilities:**
+ The role primarily involves executing Client's Compute Resources Order Management operational process. This would involve:

+ Using client's existing Order Management tool (Capacity Planning, Promising and Pacing Optimization aka C3PO) to raise compute resource request orders in line with the demand for the current cycle.
+ Managing datacenter / GPU infrastructure capacity planning efforts, including demand forecasting, utilization analysis, and resource allocation.
+ Tracking the orders till fulfillment and escalating in a timely manner to key stakeholders.
+ Working with stakeholders from the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) team to expedite orders where necessary.
+ Tracking and reconciling capacity being delivered against the requested quantity (CPU, GPU, storage, and datacenter resources).
+ Publishing weekly dashboards that provide visibility into the health of order fulfillment and capacity planning.
+ Providing weekly status reports w.r.t. all stated deliverables.
**Experience (Mandatory):**
+ 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager or TPM.
+ Proven Project Management Delivery in Datacenter / GPU Infrastructure Capacity Planning or Infrastructure domain (4+ years).

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Transportation Planner to lead and contribute to transportation and community planning projects. This role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, engaging stakeholders, and delivering actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage planning projects, including multimodal transportation, corridor studies, complete streets, trails and greenways, master plans, feasibility studies, NEPA/PEL studies, and technical reports.
Prepare and manage SEQR documentation such as Environmental Assessment Forms (EAFs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).
