Morgan Edward O'Brien (born 1944), chairman of Cyren Call Communications, is a pioneer in U.S. wireless telecommunications who helped shape the wireless industry throughout his career.

Rob brings more than 25 years of telecom management experience to his role as President & CEO of Anterix. He leads the company’s efforts to enable private broadband connectivity for critical infrastructure by leveraging Anterix’s nationwide 900 MHz spectrum. Rob joined Anterix in 2015, previously serving as President & Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chief Strategy & Development Officer. Rob is a Philadelphia native who holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University's School of Government & Business Administration. He involved with several charities focused on "repairing the world" and has served as a longtime judge for the Penn Wharton annual Venture Lab Startup Challenge.
