Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Power or Electrical Machines Engineering. An advanced degree in relevant field from a reputable institution is highly preferred. 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, scope development, design, economic evaluation, commissioning & start-up for major international Energy Companies or Consulting/EPC firms specialized in power generation, T & D systems, oil and gas and petrochemical fields . This includes of at least 3 years in business case evaluation and assessment for various power systems, leadership of major engineering studies and design packages. Participated in projects involving design and commissioning of HV equipment, GIS substations, power transformer systems, generation systems, renewable power systems, plant & utility electrical distribution systems and critical AC/DC systems . Experienced in using power system analysis software ETAP , Thermoflow (or equivalent) thermal engineering software for Cogeneration plants . Experienced in engineering practices, economic principles and sustainability . Knowledge of IEC or U.S. Codes, Standards and Specifications . PE / Professional Certification is an advantage. Ability to integrate engineering, financial and business judgment in decision-making. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
