* Will be required to set-up, operate, program, and trouble shoot (material handling, drilling, and welding) of other pieces of equipment in the welding process to achieve acceptable levels in productivity, and quality.

Cut and work material using tools such as: oxygen/fuel cutting, horizontal band saw, iron worker, plate sheer, drill press, and various hand power tools.
Layout assemblies and fabrications to be tacked and welded.
Perform welds using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes in all positions to AWS D1.1 code.
Load and unload material from trucks to storage area and move material within workspace using forklifts.
Operate overhead crane and/or assist with the rigging and moving of parts as required.
Maintain necessary quality checks, record and complete process documentation and any other production and inspection records as required.
Work from drawings, sketches, process sheets, shop order pages, and other forms of verbal and written communication.
Ensure equipment is maintained in a condition that does not compromise safety.
