Minimum Requirement: * Two to four years of experience in a role such as IT Network Engineer I, IT Specialist, or Network Analyst. * Relevant certifications, or training may be substituted for a portion of the required experience based on other qualifying factors. * Working knowledge of enterprise wired and wireless networking environments. * Strong understanding of Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, VLAN-based network segmentation, and basic firewall concepts. * Experience supporting network-connected security, building, or OT systems (e.g., cameras, access control, intercom, BAS, paging). * Familiarity with network documentation, diagrams, ticketing systems, and change or configuration management processes. * Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive, mission-critical, and people-focused environments.
