The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
**Job Summary**

**Essential Functions**
+ Scope of work will be executed across the assigned network and support the broader collaboration.
+ All work must be performed and checked under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
+ Participates in refill management and prior authorization services across the assigned network.
+ Supports patient outreach and services to improve value-based measure outcomes.
+ Participates in other clinical services as requested by management.
+ Handles nonprofessional phone calls from patients, provider offices and staff.
+ Inspects medications for outdates in patient care area Pyxis stations as assigned.
+ Participates in quality improvement activities as requested by management.
+ Participates in educational in-services as requested by management.
+ Promotes a safety-conscious work environment.
+ Maintains assigned work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
+ Must pass written and video competencies assigned by Pharmacy leadership.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Education**
+ High School Diploma Required: and
+ Accredited Program Required: Pharmacy Technician from a Pharmacy Commission-approved technician training program (or fully licensed in WA state or OR state prior to 2009)
**Experience**
+ Minimum of 1 year Required: experience in ambulatory-related work (i.e. retail, refill processing, prior authorization processing, clinic, etc.) and
+ Preferred: Experience with Excel and Word

2. Performs periodic inventory counts and manages the inventory system records
3. Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules, and maintaining purchase records
4. Responsible for checking in orders received and entering quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates into the inventory management system
5. Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies

1. At least one (1) year of inventory management in Home Infusion Pharmacy or Hospital is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PHARMACY DESK TECHNICIAN (Specialty Pharmacy)
Description Of Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a Clinical Pharmacist and consistent with California state pharmacy regulations to provide non-discretionary tasks, the Pharmacy Desk Technician prepares Specialty Pharmacy orders for filling, maintains work areas, follows up on narcotic scripts, and enters medication profiles in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include the Following:
1. Refills:
· Placing calls to the patient to coordinate a timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
· Communicate with nurses/home health agencies to confirm infusion dates
· Request lab results from doctors, laboratories, and home health agencies.
2. Perform data entry:
· Perform data entry of patient medication profiles and patient chart audits
· Discharge patients from CPR+ at the end of therapy
3. Pharmacy Liaison:
· Act as liaison for the Pharmacy department
· Communicate with doctors, nurses, and hospitals regarding patient care
· Perform triplicate request and being able to follow up in a timely matter
· Being able to communicate well with the pharmacy staff and supervisor
· Coordinate triplicate requests and their documentation as appropriate including exemption forms for all narcotic patients
4. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
5. Participate in the pharmacy's Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
6. Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.
7. Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
8. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities and certification requirements.
9. Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
The following functions require the professional judgment of a pharmacist and may not be performed by a pharmacy desk technician:
Acceptance of verbal prescriptions.
Certification of filled prescriptions.
Weighing or measuring active drug ingredients without verification by a pharmacist.
Reconstitution of prefabricated medication without verification by a pharmacist.
Entry of orders into the computer system without verification by pharmacist.

Job Summary: Under close supervision, the Radiologic Technologist (Multi-Modality) performs a variety of duties in the Department of Radiology/ Imaging Services of Alameda Health System related to general Radiography/Fluoroscopy. Performs various diagnostic imaging examinations of patients as directed for diagnostic and treatment purposes according to established procedures. Performs related duties as required.

Assists Physician in administering opaque media (contrast)
Rotates assignments within the department by assigned shifts as required to meet departmental needs
Processes Images as appropriate for Modality (CR/DR/Film) and is proficient in utilizing the PACS system (Picture Archival Communications)
Maintains adequate records of examinations/dose/contrast as directed, and appropriately utilizing two patient identifier with each patient exam
Assists with movement of patients (rooming/transport)
Assists in the development/optimization of technical factors for radiographic procedures
May assist in equipment or procedures not routinely taught in school
May assist in the training of students
Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with designate areas or procedures as required
Performs all general diagnostic and routine fluoroscopic duties as determined by employer.
Practices sterile techniques and prevents cross contamination
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of environment and supplies
Ensure utilization of non expired supplies by checking stock regularly and using "first in first out" rule of re stocking
Produces Radiographs, positions and transfers patients, and provides immobilization devices as necessary to obtain images
Provides radiation protection in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards.
Ensure utilizing techniques that promote ALARA on an individual patient basis (As Low as Reasonably Achieved) for radiation exposure
Selects and operates all imaging equipment as directed and licensed to perform.

Pay Range $66.47- $83.96
The pay range for this position reflects the base pay scale for the role at Alameda Health System. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization. Alameda Health System also offers eligible positions a generous comprehensive benefits program.

Job Summary: Under close supervision, the Radiologic Technologist (Multi-Modality) performs a variety of duties in the Department of Radiology/ Imaging Services of Alameda Health System related to general Radiography/Fluoroscopy. 1. Assists Physician in administering opaque media (contrast)
2. Rotates assignments within the department by assigned shifts as required to meet departmental needs
