Greg has more than 20 years’ hospitality experience with an emphasis on deal-structure and financing. He successfully has led Peachtree in more than $3.5 Billion in hotel acquisitions, investments and development since co-founding the company.

He formerly was senior vice president of business development for Specialty Finance Group, LLC, a direct lender providing hotel first mortgage and FF&E financing, where he originated more than $2 billion of hotel debt. Previously, Greg was vice president of business development for GMAC Commercial Mortgage - Asset-Backed Lending Division. During his six-year tenure, he originated, closed and funded more than 300 hospitality FF&E financing transactions with an aggregate capital structure exceeding $10 billion.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jatin’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating and financing hotel acquisition and development projects.

Previously, he was with Wachovia Securities, where he focused on asset underwriting and private equity transactions ranging from $100 million to more than $5 billion. He also formed Stonehill Property Group, a family-funded investment venture targeting select- and full-service hotel investments throughout the southeast.

Jatin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also attended The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and The London School of Economics and Political Science. He currently is an Advisory Board member for the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill. Jatin also sits on the board for the UNC Center for Public Services at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance.

Joseph DeMontigny, CPA is a Chief Financial Officer at Peachtree Hotel Group and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as Vice President - Finance/CFO at Fortune Hotels, Inc.; Chief Financial Officer at Cay Clubs LLC; and Independent Consultant at Confidential Search Solutions. Joseph attended Boston University Questrom School of Business.
