As Chief Operating Officer, Casey is responsible for all aspects of the operating platform, including marketing, leasing, training, property management, operations support and client services. He has been with the Company for 14 years. Casey is a frequently requested speaker at industry events and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. He is the past Student Housing liaison for the NMHC Emerging Leaders Council. Casey, along with his wife and two young children, are die-hard Green Bay Packers fans and shareholders.

Jennifer is Chief People Officer & General Counsel for PeakMade Real Estate. In her role, she is focused on Peak's ‘people experience’ and creating a space where all people continue to evolve. She also oversees legal, risk & compliance for the companies. Jennifer is celebrating her 15 year anniversary this year. Jennifer is on NMHC's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee & OPTECH Planning Committee, and she sits on the Education Advisory Board for NAA. Jennifer is on the Board of Everybody Wins!, an organization focused on childhood literacy, and she volunteers with several nonprofits in Atlanta.

As the CFO, Wendy is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances to include tracking cash flows, financial planning, managing financial risks and reporting. She is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants and serves her community as the Lead Teen Advisor for Buckhead Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Wendy has been with the Company for 13 years.

A veteran in the real estate industry for more than 32 years, Jeff Eckard began his career working in a hotel as a front desk and night audit associate. Prior to joining Peak Made Real Estate, Jeff held senior technology leadership positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for 22 years. As Chief Technology Officer for Peak Campus, Jeff will have responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of property, corporate and business intelligence technology solutions, initiatives, and infrastructure services across all Peak Campus.
