The HR Benefits Manager will be responsible for ensuring key programs and benefits within the electrical industry are administered properly. They will be able to conduct in-depth investigations and create comprehensive strategies for program improvement and implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Benefits Management
· Responsible for responding to inquiries regarding all benefits for IBEW electrical workers in a timely manner
· Crucial in creating a strategy to prevent problems from repeatedly occurring after parties are made aware
· Administering investigations if any IBEW member does not receive or does not have access to benefits
· Point of contact for all parties including: IBEW delegates in the 4 Central Ohio local unions, the Central Ohio National Electrical Contractors Association, electrical contractors, and IBEW members.
· Customer service skills to acquire relevant information that will assist in ensuring investigations are timely and effective
· Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
· Build and maintain relationships with all key players in the industry
Drug-Free Workplace
· Serve as the liaison between multiple IBEW local offices, electrical contractors, and the drug-testing organization to ensure drug tests are being administered to adhere to the respective collective bargaining agreement requirements
· Entering information/data on number of tests that need to happen, which employees are being tested and their information, how many passed/failed
· Communicating results to union members, local halls, and electrical contractors
· Provide and communicate next steps including rehabilitative services for employees who do not pass drug tests
· Educating on drug-free workplace policy
· Answering questions and being the point of contact for employees, unions, and contractors
Qualifications
· Experience in program administration.
· Experience in conducting investigations or audits.
· Excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, client service and organizational skills.
· Ability to maintain multiple priorities and represent diverse parties with professionalism and diplomacy.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Certification(s) on processes, laws, or strategies relevant to the Human Resources field

The Associate Customer Advocate is responsible for assisting and educating members, providers, or customers on products and plans. A High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience is required. Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or an office-based setting is highly preferred.

The Information Security Analyst and Project Manager plays a critical role in executing and maturing the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's information security program. Reporting to the Senior Information Security Manager/School Security Officer, this position ensures day‑to‑day technical compliance with Harvard University's Information Security and Research Data Security policies and supports the implementation of procedures and controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the school's systems and data. Key responsibilities include log reviews, forensic analysis, vulnerability management, server and endpoint protection, and user awareness training. The role also serves as one of only two IT staff qualified to perform Data Safety Reviews‑essential for research involving human subjects or data with regulatory or contractual restrictions. In addition, the analyst works closely with the Senior Information Security Manager to identify opportunities for program improvement, assist in strategy development, and execute initiatives aligned with University Privacy Principles. The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with behavioral and social/communication challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following but are not considered an inclusive list.

Responsible for interviewing/hiring/training RBT's; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding/disciplining employees; addressing complaints/resolving problems.
Prepares timely reports/records for quality management review with CARF and Executive Management meetings.
Assists in community involvement for Public Relations.
Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and functional assessment measures.
Developing individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
Conducts regular parent/caregiver and teacher training and consultation.
Develop materials, training and provide resources for and provide professional learning to parents/guardians in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and and/or other evidence-based methodologies related to addressing the needs of students with behavior difficulties.
Train behavior technicians on ABA program and individualized plans of care.
Conducts and oversees the initial RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training.
Directly observe treatments administered by behavior technicians.
Facilitate natural environment interventions when appropriate.
Review technician's documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed.
Communicate through checking voicemail and email regularly.
Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians.
Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner according to written procedures and regulatory/payer guidelines.
Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
Participates in professional meetings or conferences.
