Location, benefits, casual environment.
The culture is bad. There is no inclusion for entry-level employees. It’s a very you can’t sit with us because we are management environment. From the top down, you have: privilege, nepotism, narcissism, all the way down to favoritism. It’s not the kind of environment that you can gain skills or flourish. You will just know what you know, and it’s definitely about who you know. I’ve only seen this on something like a fortune 500 company with business executives. The average salary isn’t nearly enough for such a toxic environment of yes men and backbiters.
