Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent I represents Peak Vista Community Health Centers (PVCHC) by providing outstanding customer service by professionally answering inbound patients' calls with a compassionate and empathetic approach. A Customer Service Agent I will be adept in actively listening, conveying information effectively, and be service oriented when seeking ways to help and resolve problems. The goal of this position is to elevate the patient's experience by actively listening and addressing questions/concerns to promote a one-call resolution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answers all inbound patient calls.
Schedules and reschedules appointments as needed.
Transfers calls to appropriate office personnel and departments.
Answer and route patient questions in a professional and patient-centric manner by asking probing questions.
Communicates patient concerns and questions effectively and succinctly to the appropriate care team (s).
Responsible for verifying and documenting necessary demographics, insurance, and other vital information.
Understands and abides by all HIPAA guidelines.
Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to the Compliance Plan and conflict of interest requirements.
Exhibits regular and timely attendance.
Consistently meet call quality (quality assurance) and call center metrics.

Summary: Peak Vista has an opportunity for a full time BC OB/Gyn Physician to lead our strong team of physicians, midwives and nurse practitioners serving women in our AAAHC accredited outpatient clinic in Colorado Springs, CO. The Medical Director provides direct oversight of the Center's licensed provider staff while working in partnership with Center's Director of Clinical Operations to jointly manage their Center; delivering accessible, high-quality, cost-effective health care services. Job Summary: Assist in providing high quality dental care that is culturally appropriate and prevention focused utilizing Teledental Applications. Teledentistry is the use of electronic information, imaging, and communication technologies, including interactive audio, video, data communications as well as store and forward technologies, to provide and support dental care delivery, diagnosis, consultation, treatment, transfer of dental information and education. * Assist the Medical Dental Integration (MDI) hygienists in chair-side procedures, and diagnostic imaging acquisition.
* Responsible for preparation and setting up of instruments, materials, and equipment necessary for each procedure.
* Responsible for the sterilization of instruments as necessary, and the cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and work areas.

Job Summary: The Manager of Emergency Management, Safety and Security is responsible for the daily management of safety, security and operations training at all Peak Vista Community Health Centers (PVCHC). Additional duties include ergonomics evaluation/training and regulatory compliance for all responsibilities assigned. This individual will be responsible for all PVCHC sites, from Divide to Limon, CO. This includes participation in three regional Emergency Preparedness Healthcare Care Coalitions and their community subsets committees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
On-Call Requirement - Serves as the primary point of contact for all emergency calls. Conducts thorough root-cause analyses of any alarms that occur, along with addressing safety and security concerns during and after hours.
Evaluates weather/safety/security conditions as part of the closure team.
Provides strategic guidance and training to Peak Vista's Executive Staff in the development and ongoing management of Peak Vista's Emergency Management Program.
Works with AAAHC, HRSA, CMS, CDPHE BOH, CCHN, Healthcare Coalitions, local, state and federal agencies, partners and community agencies to ensure that all applicable regulations and updates are included in this program.
Ensures the Safety & Emergency Program is compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines, including AAAHC, HRSA, CMS, and CDPHE BOH. Actively monitors all Local, Federal, State facility safety and security requirements.
Represents PVCHC at community meetings around emergency planning in jurisdictional counties to include healthcare coalitions.
Serves on community and state committees focused on emergency management, safety and security. Serves on the Safety/Security committee and documents quarterly safety, security and compliance inspections.
Experience in Emergency Management and Planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships.
Collaborates with Compliance and HR. Responds/investigates/tracks safety and security related issues for patients, visitors, and employees by conducting root-cause analyses to include documenting incidents in Compliatrics.
Coordinate security functions at PVCHCs, including oversight of the security vendor contract.
