POSITION SUMMARY
As the Airline Technical Representative (ATR), you'll support the Terminal Development Program at San Antonio International Airport (SAT). You will be involved in all aspects of the construction process from planning and programming to design, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
The position is highly visible and plays a vital role supporting a broad range of airport, airline, strategic, and operational decisions. You'll communicate with the owner, design team, contractor, and airport professionals, ensuring all project stakeholders have accurate and timely updates. You'll distill a broad range of information into meaningful, accurate, presentable material. You'll clearly communicate the implications of quantitative and qualitative analysis to both airport and airline management and stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Field Exam Manager - Asset Based Lending ("ABL") will oversee all third-party field examination and appraisal activities across the Commercial Bank's middle-market and mid-corporate ABL portfolio. Based in New York, this role is ideal for a seasoned examiner or audit professional who will:
* Thrive in a strategic oversight capacity and understands how to translate field-level insights into actionable credit decisions
* Oversee the scheduling, execution, and timely delivery of initial and recurring field examinations and appraisals conducted by external teams. Ensure engagements align with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and risk profiles.
* Collaborate with ABL Credit Officers to define appropriate scopes of work for field examinations and appraisals based on borrower complexity, industry risks, and collateral types.
* Critically review and analyze field examination and appraisal reports; identify key findings; assess collateral eligibility and valuations; verify borrowing base components; and pinpoint potential risks or operational deficiencies within the borrower's control environment.
* Serve as a central point of contact for external field examination and appraisal firms, ABL Transactors, ABL Credit Officers, and borrowers regarding field exam and appraisal matters
* Translate field examination and appraisal findings into actionable adjustments to borrowing bases, eligibility criteria, and advance rates. Communicate these impacts clearly to relevant internal stakeholders and borrowers and recommend and monitor corrective actions with borrowers and internal teams to mitigate identified risks.
* Perform in-depth reviews of loan agreements to ensure collateral terms, eligibility definitions, reporting requirements, and covenants align with the bank's risk appetite and the findings from field examinations.
* Serve as the subject matter expert and primary author of the collateral section of approval memos, providing a clear, concise, and expert summary of the collateral position, eligibility analysis, and associated risks for senior management and credit committees.
Qualifications:
* 8-10+ years in ABL field examination; with some bank experience preferred
* Credit underwriting experience a plus
* Experience managing external vendors and interpreting complex exam findings
* Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles as they relate to collateral reporting. CPA or CFE preferred

We are currently seeking a Field Exam Manager as part of our Enterprise Field Exam team. Enterprise Field Exam is responsible for all facets of field examinations including validating the financial and collateral information provided by a borrower to the bank, reviewing exam reports performed by outside vendors, and scheduling, coordinating, and ordering field exams.
The Bancorporation desires timely and comprehensive Field Exams, which are a valuable tool in facilitating the accurate monitoring of A/R, Inventory, and other collateral securing revolving lines of credit. The Field Exam is performed on-site at the Borrower's location. The Field Examiner follows set procedures to perform various tests of the Borrower's accounting practices, establishes an understanding of the collateral securing the Line of Credit, and evaluates the Borrower's timeliness of paying its accounts payable and payroll. The Field Examiner is required to collect a certain body of information while on-site with the Borrower and then summarize the findings and make recommendations during the Field Exam write-up process.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of accepted loan practices with emphasis on asset-based lending, field exams, underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management.

Regional Field Examination Manager
to join our team. This is a full time in office role located in either Midvale, UT or Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
Manages the field exam audit process on a regional basis including overseeing the functions field examiners and independent contractors (auditors).
Responsible for updating audit reports, reviewing field exams, training new field examiners and external auditors in the bank's examination process.
Directs the scheduling of the field exams.
Performs field exams on prospects and existing clients and/or leads exams as required.
Ensures that independent audits comply with all requirements from an accounting and regulatory compliance stand-point.
Maintains up-to-date audit reports and work-papers.

Job Qualifications:
