Overview
The Field Performance Technicians are responsible for the management, scheduling, and completion of all service and warranty related work. What You'll Do:
Caseload: Support clients funded by the Department of Education along with 1-2 clients funded by insurances.
Craft Tailored ABA Programs: Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child.

Role Summary:

What you will do:
Develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans.
Create and manage master schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances.
Audit UMS data for work orders and job plans to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and interpret performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate current work processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
Maintain CMMS data, including asset locations and equipment details.
Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and environmental regulations.
Support purchasing, receiving, and expediting functions.
Review and manage existing service contracts and vendor agreements.
