when there was work time and machines were running the day went by fast.
Union contract but union is a joke too. Both company and union have your life… mandatory OT, needed to leave for preplanned appt., and was forced to stay or getting written up. Not good for moral!!! They don’t care about their employees. Human Resources is there and they try to advocate for production staff but VP operations overrides and controls the whole picture. They need new VP and other management.
