This position is region wide across the 6 counties of Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, and Somervell. Assignment will vary from day to day based upon where the need is that day. Salary is dependent upon education and experience, 55K annually is for associate license and 65k annually is max fully licensed. JOB SUMMARY This is a grant position. Under the supervision of the ACT Team Manager, provides an array of continuity of services, assistance, and support including therapy, case management, skills training and psychosocial rehabilitative services to persons with mental illness. Work involves developing and maintaining long-term contact with clients, client families, and service providers for medical, social, educational, and related service needs of individuals served by the Forensics Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program. Provides the majority of client services in the community. Performs various state approved evidenced based counseling practices, under the general heading of cognitive behavioral therapy, for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including treatment of Major Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Work involves instructing adults and youth in therapeutic CBT activities. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Will wok as part of a treatment team, including a case manager, to ensure assigned individuals remain authorized in services. Cognitive-Based Therapist will provide services face-to-face and via telehealth from assigned clinic location. Telehealth services may be provided to all clinic locations within PVC's six-county region. This position could also fulfill contract obligations at the local adult probation office. Full-time Description Responsible for the proper loading, unloading, and moving of sand and gravel materials in the plant/yard as directed. Functional Responsibilities Maneuver truck and dump product at designated site in the yard. Learn site aggregate materials to be able to differentiate between the products to keep them in correct and orderly locations. The Prescription Assistance Clinic Clerk (PAC) will be responsible for implementation of the Prescription Assistant Program (PAP) for all consumers. Each client will be assessed for eligibility for participation in PAP following each appointment with the clinic. Applications will be completed daily for consumers meeting eligibility requirements. The PAC will be responsible for reordering and monitoring changes of medications and reapplication. PAP and Sample Data bases will be updated daily. Medication mailed to the facility will be labeled, counted and given to the Clinic Team Coordinator for storage for the client and dispensing by the physician. Accurate records will be maintained and monthly reports for the number of screenings conducted, the number of applications filed, cost of medication received, and cost of samples dispensed. These monthly reports will be sent to the CFO, the Mental Health Nurse Supervisor, and the Director of Medical Services.

The Recovery Peer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing peer support services to individuals involved in the outpatient substance use disorder treatment program (Bridges to Recovery). Recovery Peer Support services include recovery and wellness support, mentoring, and advocacy. The Recovery Peer Support Specialist will provide support and assistance in the process of planning for recovery. The Recovery Support Peer Specialist will serve as a role model and will assist with finding community resources when needed. The Recovery Peer Support Specialist will utilize their unique recovery experience to teach and provide an example of the value of recovery and foster positive relationships with support resources. The Recovery Peer Support Specialist will model effective coping techniques, self-help strategies, and efficient use of natural supports and community resources. This position provides a variable level of support to consumers with mental health issues in an integrated Psychosocial Rehab treatment team structure. This position will service either the child/adolescent or adult population. This includes understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of traumas, and an ability to work in a behavioral environment where staff convey dignity, respect, hopefulness, and the opportunity for choice and empowerment among consumers.

LVN to join mental health team in a fast paced Pecan Valley Centers Mental Health Clinic providing services to children and adults with serious mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. Monday through Friday (usual hours are 8am - 5pm). Minimal overtime. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: * focused physical assessments (vital signs, EKG's, labs), * prior authorizations * timely concurrent computer documentation / prescription drug ordering * injectable medication administration * frequent phone, email, face to face and telemedicine interaction with physicians, ANPs, patients, caregivers, case managers, clinic manager, front office staff, insurance companies and pharmacies. Region-wide travel required.

Duties consist of but are not limited to: providing training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our life skills center, in basic self-help and homemaking skills, effective work habits and interpersonal skills. Work is performed at the life skills center.
