Pros of working at Peckham

Nothing. If you want to be micromanaged, and then told you are a bad person because you don't like the way you are treated work here. There are no programs to help disabled person learn to cope and function in the real world.

Cons of working at Peckham

There is no services for disabled people. If you graduated high school and can function despite your disability you are considered to be a peckham success. The lack of respect that Peckham shows their employees is the reason that there is a high employee turnover. Benefits are offered however you have to make choices between paying your basic living expences versus going to the doctor. Most employees are offended we get a oaycheck in 9ne hand and direction to the foodbank in another

Peckham Benefits

Driving out of a poorly lit parking lot in a dangerous neighborhood. Pay your employees a living wage. Don't make us consider a second job at the local fast food.
