The Mill Operator is responsible for ensuring the barite grinding facility meets product manufacturing demands and ensures the quality of finished products during their shift. Requirements
Operate mills to grind mineral products and properly direct milled product to the proper storage tank.
Maintain dust collectors to operate within mandated parameters, including manual cleaning.
Operate flash dryers within prescribed settings to prevent dryer flash-backs.
Maintain proper inventory levels in all bulk tanks.
Responsible for process control within the milling circuit to assure quality.
Supervise the milling circuit area at all times while the mill hopper feed belts are in operation.
Generate a written report of significant shift events and deliver to the Operations Manager.
Drain water traps on the air lines at least two times per shift.
Complete and submit all required shift records.
Perform routine lubrication on equipment, as instructed by management.
Conduct a monthly inspection of the plant, as instructed by management.
Promptly report to management any information that could have an impact on the process or quality of Company products.
Maintain all assigned tools and responsible for housekeeping on and around all mills and control room.
Load bulk when and as needed.
Perform all duties safely in accordance with Company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
Support and participate in the Company's Quality Management System.
Assist maintenance department with mill rebuilds, as needed, and performs all other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Lead Mill Operator, or other Company management.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED; prior mill operation work experience is preferred.
Prior experience working in an MHSA-regulated environment is a plus.
Forklift operation certification and work experience is essential.
Bilingual language abilities (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Valid driver's license and the maintenance of a driving record satisfactory to the Company.
Flexibility to work overtime or 10-12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and be on call (via phone) to proactively respond to the Company's operational needs.

The Grant Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and compliance of grant programs for the Town of Pecos City. Follows and executes physician's orders in the delivery of nursing care. Always maintains patient's privacy and confidentiality of information and records. Safely and properly administers medication and treatments. Notifies appropriate nursing and medical staff of changes in patient status; recognizes patient care priorities, multidisciplinary treatment plans and potential patient care crises.
Documents nursing care in all assigned patient records. Adheres to internal controls and reporting structures. Creates and submits yearly report (s) to the Texas Department of Health.
Performs other duties assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Preferred degree and/or at minimum Vocational Nurse Licensure or Registered Nurse.
Must have a current, unrestricted license to practice nursing approved by the Texas Board of Nursing and must maintain valid license (s) for continued employment in position.
1 to 2 years' experience as a vocational nurse. Correctional nursing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Knowledge of professional nursing principles, procedures, techniques, health care services, documentation, methods, and practices of medical records.
Knowledge of PREA policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and standards preferred.
Knowledge of agency and departmental organizational structure, applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and statutes preferred.
Skills
Skill to communicate ideas, instructions clearly and concisely by coordinating with other staff, departments, officials, agencies, organizations, and the public.
Skill in problem-solving techniques such as analyzing technical data, preparing, maintaining accurate records, files, reports, and complex audits by providing consultation.
Skill in the correlation of laboratory, electrocardiogram, radiographic and clinical data from health appraisals and physical examinations.
Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and bar graphs interpretation.

Under basic supervision, performs administrative duties for the Director of Community Development. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of complex, responsible, and specialized administrative and office support functions. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask throughout the day.
Essential Functions:
