Specific Responsibilities
Lease Operator III is responsible for gauging, reporting, maintaining and operating properties on a daily basis, using the skills he/she possesses to maximize production while maintaining the beliefs and core values of Apache Corporation.
Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office.
Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; change stuffing boxes, grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
Note problems and/or recommend courses of actions to supervisor in order to decrease costs and increase production.
Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments; monitor chemical use; shoot fluid levels as required and test safety systems daily to maximize daily production.
Assist with downhole pump changes, tubing replacement, etc. on artificially lifted wells; assist with pump and compressor maintenance such as oil changes, obtaining oil sample for analysis, pulling compressor valves, tests and repairs.
Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which pumper is responsible.
Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
High school diploma
6+ years of relevant experience
Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
Must have an interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations.
Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, good writing skills and have a good safety and driving record.
Demonstrated proficiency with PC based computer applications.

Job Summary:

Summary:
This position will repair and maintain pipelines, equipment, and performance of work associated with the operation and maintenance of gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Inspect, maintain, and operate facilities including pipelines, valves, filters, pumps, gas compressors, storage tanks, and pump station equipment in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements
* Conduct Damage Prevention activities including pipeline patrols, one-calls, locating and marking pipelines, and inspecting line crossings, excavations, and other activities affecting the pipeline
* Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements, perform required tasks, and complete associated documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.)
* Plan, organize, and prioritize assigned responsibilities and coordinate work with employees and contractors
* Coordinate and communicate with outside parties including landowners, public agencies, contractors, utilities, and other pipeline operators
* Actively participate and provide leadership in safety programs and initiatives and follow policies and procedures
* Provide on-call support for areas of responsibility on a rotating basis
* Comply with partnership safety policies and procedures
* Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO)
Required Education:
* High school diploma or GED preferred.

The Grant Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and compliance of grant programs for the Town of Pecos City. - Ensure the secure loading, transportation, and unloading of mobile homes and other equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience preferred in moving mobile homes, and operating pump and vacuum trucks.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as securing loads and inspecting vehicles.

Work Shift: 14on/14 off Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Sr Compressor Mechanic will safely and efficiently perform maintenance on all equipment as directed by his/her Maintenance Supervisor. Report to work on time or as scheduled Be prepared to work late when required
Turn in weekly reports to Supervisor
Advise Supervisor on any changes on equipment or purchases that might need his approval
Maintain vehicle in good mechanical & clean condition
Report to supervisor before beginning daily assignments
Perform Task in a safe & responsible manner
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance or work on all Kinetik equipment in plants & field per work orders or assigned by supervisor & as needed
Keep equipment clean & in good working condition
Attend all safety meetings if possible
Compressor mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on:
Caterpillar/Waukesha Engines & Ariel compressors
5000 HP CAT Electric motors
Cooler fans
Valves on equipment & lines
Electrical & controls on skids
All other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5+ years(s) of related work experience. CAT 3500 & 3600 Experience preferred.
Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications
Working Conditions:
Driving on a daily basis, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to drive safely in different types of weather conditions to various locations.
Will be working outdoors in adverse and/or extreme weather conditions.
Works in temperature extremes due to both weather conditions and operating equipment.
Will be working in conditions where frequent loud noises occur.
Will be working in areas where hazardous materials require the prolonged wearing of PPE.
Will be working in close quarters while kneeling, sitting, squatting, standing, or lying down while holding tools and/or equipment.
Physical Requirements:
