    Specific Responsibilities Lease Operator I is responsible for gauging, reporting, maintaining and operating properties on a daily basis, using the skills he/she possesses to maximize production while maintaining the beliefs and core values of Apache Corporation. Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office. Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; change stuffing boxes, grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc. Note problems and/or recommend courses of actions to supervisor in order to decrease costs and increase production. Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments; monitor chemical use; shoot fluid levels as required and test safety systems daily to maximize daily production. Assist with downhole pump changes, tubing replacement, etc. on artificially lifted wells; assist with pump and compressor maintenance such as oil changes, obtaining oil sample for analysis, pulling compressor valves, tests and repairs. Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which pumper is responsible. Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area. Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: High school diploma 1+ years of relevant experience Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations. Must have an interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations. Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, good writing skills and have a good safety and driving record. Demonstrated proficiency with PC based computer applications. Conducts on‐site field testing (generally as a solo analyst) - Proven competencies with sampling methodologies through standardized written standard operating procedures. Follows current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of equipment, maintenance programs and other policies as required. Ensures the company is represented in a professional manner while at customer sites and in the office. Trains new hire Engine Testers on field procedures, test methods, calibrations, etc., following Operations Excellence's guidance. Safety and DOT Compliance: Successfully adheres to Health and Safety Program Manual. Follows all DOT requirements as trained to do so. Demonstrates ability to work safely in field. Position Summary Entry-level position that provides accurate and timely analysis of gas compression parts, consumables, and outsourced services purchased for the company. He/she should conduct regular, periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory management in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for the company. The Inventory Specialist, Entry, is responsible for managing the optimum location, amount, and security of field inventory levels to ensure availability of parts and accuracy of inventory counts without creating unnecessary stock locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follows and enforces Supply Chain Policies and Procedures for control and tracking of inventory movement. Conduct periodic inventory counts (including the physical count, research and correction of all variances in CMMS) Manage, and report on, all transactions in CMMS (preventive maintenances, work orders, purchase orders, assets, stock rooms, inventory, etc.) Aids in the physical setup of new parts, stockrooms, or movement of existing inventory. Execute and fulfill “on-call” rotation duties. Exercises independent judgment based upon job experience in Supply Chain decision-making. Proactively assist with short- and long-term demand forecasting using inventory usage and procurement data trends and analytics. He/she may assist senior level mechanics in dismantling and assembling equipment/machines; repairing and replacing parts. * Responsible for Daily Operation and Maintenance of compressors, glycol dehydration unit, B-Tex unit, incinerator, slop tanks, sumps, transfer pumps, "control air" air compressors and all equipment associated with compressor facility. * Perform Daily checks, but not limited too; * Glycol PH and adjust accordingly. * Glycol pumps flow rate and pressures. * Temperatures on compressor valves, pressure readings and flow rates. * Check for proper operation of all sumps and dump valves. * Check all fluid levels and operation of lubricators. * Check air compressors, filters, oil levels, belts, pressures and bleed lines. * Check for leaks, loose bolts, vibration or unusual noises by making visual inspection at least three times per day on all equipment. * Accurately record all above information and any performed maintenance. * Become certified on CO2 line, DIG TESS, location, Right of Way, signage, valve operation etc. * Attend all DIG TESS notifications, reply accordingly and record. * Perform oil changes on all equipment in a timely manor and record. * Make notifications when problems are suspected. * Order, stock and label spare equipment needed to keep facility in operation, in an orderly fashion. * Keep facility clean and neat * Operate in a Safe and environmentally sound manner. * Stay in contact with vendors for equipment, oils, chemicals and filters for updated revisions and recommendations. * Behavioral Characteristics * Team player willing to take active role in team responsibilities. * Excellent time management skills. * Ability to learn new skills. * Willingness to share knowledge with others. * Good written and oral communication skillS * Safety * Operate in a Safe and environmentally sound manner.
