Position Summary

Under the direction of the QI and Compliance Manager he/she will assist conduct chart audits and other data analysis needed for each of the quality and compliance plan measures to aid in determining the organizations quality and compliance performance.

Position Summary
The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
