Initial orientation includes 1-2 shifts with a preceptor
Participation in the holiday rotation with permanent staff is required
First-time travelers are welcome
Travelers who have worked within the WVU system in the past must have a two-year break before reapplying and cannot exceed one year of cumulative experience within WVU without a break

As Lead iV Specialist you will provide support to your staff and ensure a successful clinic by completing the following tasks:
Scheduling and Payroll of Staff for your Clinic and ongoing schedule coordination to ensure adequate coverage of the clinic.
Each staff member is responsible for ensuring coverage for their selected shifts.
If they are unable to work a shift (barring an emergency) it is their job to get it covered. If they notify you, their Lead ,at least 24 hours in advance it becomes your responsibility to help find coverage. Ensure events and satellite locations are properly coordinated.
