Responsibilities
Work in a hospital-based Oncology unit within a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma teaching facility
Treats patients with diagnoses including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, sickle cell disease, and symptom management
Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
Involves administration and monitoring of chemotherapy, chemo/biotherapy, stem cell infusions, CAR-T, bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, and blood product transfusions
Central line care is required
Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience is preferred but not required
Night shift schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00-07:00)
Required to work every other weekend
No on-call required
Floating may be required to Acute Care/IMC units or affiliated hospitals as needed
Primary duties include chemotherapy administration, patient monitoring, central line management, and various oncology procedures
Scrubs of any solid color are acceptable, but prints are not; scrubs are provided
First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
No mile radius restrictions apply
Request for time off (RTO) is restricted to a maximum of five days per 13-week contract, with extensions for longer absences
Parking requires a $16 daily pass from 8am-5pm; public transportation is highly encouraged
All time off requests must be submitted at the time of consideration

Active Oregon RN license in hand or pending with submitted application for 90-day exemption
Valid BLS certification

Intermediate Care Unit specializing in surgical oncology cases
Primary patient population includes gastrointestinal, gynecological, thyroid, ENT, thoracic, leukemia/lymphoma, and end-of-life oncology patients
Ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00 to 07:00)
Requirement to work four weekend shifts per month
No on-call responsibilities
Clinician may float within Acute Care/IMC and to an affiliate hospital as needed
Special equipment used includes chest tubes, trachs, epidurals, PCA, feeding tubes, JP/Blake drains, suction, central lines, ostomy appliances, and wound vacs
Special procedures performed include Whipple, liver resection, hepatic arterial infusion pump, esophagectomy, VATS, laryngectomy, TORS, TAH/BSO, colectomy, pain management, and chemotherapy administration
Epic EMR is used; experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities include caring for post-surgical oncology patients involving complex procedures and pain management
Dress code allows any solid color scrubs (no prints), which are provided for staff
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Holiday coverage may be required as per department staffing needs

Description:
We are seeking a skilled L&D RN to provide care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. Responsibilities include fetal monitoring, assisting during deliveries (vaginal and cesarean), administering medications, and supporting patient education. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
This is a 12-hour shift position with weekend, holiday, and potential on-call expectations. Compliance and onboarding typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.
