We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Illinois. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.
Compensation Details
LMFT, LCSW, LCPC: $70 per hourly session (53-minutes)
Licensed Psychologist: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

This role provides direct mental health treatment services to individuals under the care of the Wisconsin DOC. Direct services may include, but are not limited to: clinical monitoring of mental health symptoms, intake assessments, psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, risk management, and crisis intervention, on-call emergency services as assigned.

Sign-On Bonus: Candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible to accept a sign-on bonus of $3000. The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year). (UW System employment isn't disqualifying.)
To receive the bonus, a candidate must sign an agreement indicating they will remain in that occupational area for a year. If the candidate leaves their occupational area prior to completing the one year, they may be required to reimburse the initial payment.

Job Details
Standard hours of work are Monday - Friday 7:45AM - 4:30PM. Some facilities have additional flexibility (i.e., 4 tens) and/or opportunities for remote work. A few part-time positions are available and will be identified as such when interviews are offered. Night or weekend work is rare and typically only during assigned on-call weeks. Many facilities offer the ability to provide on-call services via telehealth; all positions will need to work in person regularly at the facility to which they are assigned. These positions are FLSA Exempt.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe)
Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices

Qualifications
Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
Clinic Description At Ellie Mental Health in Palatine, we are looking for a part time, remote (although office space is available) Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD required) for a contractor role. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.
Responsibilities Include:
Review pre- and provisionally-licensed clinician documentation and provide feedback as needed.
Provide case conference, supervision and incident-to-bill on as needed basis.
Approximate time commitment 5-15 hours per week.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates are required to have a PsyD.
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Ideally would be credentialed with insurance panels to make credentialing to our practice easier.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations utilizing a range of assessment tools and techniques.
Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive abilities, personality traits, emotional functioning, and diagnostic criteria.
Assess and evaluate individuals across the lifespan to identify and clarify diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
