I love working with the kids that what makes your day better. Seeing there wonderful faces and making a difference.
They don’t appreciate your work, they are a money hungry company. They slave drive they workers and they wonder why they have a lot of call-ins , they do not properly train you for the job that you are doing.

No idea on the clinics but at the business office they take micromanage to a whole new level. Your just another employee and don’t feel valued. You feel and it’s clear without being said that to ARE replaceable.
