Our training program will provide all the tools you need to excel as you learn to engage and guide families as they seek evidence-based therapies that their child(ren) need for growth and development.
What you will do:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to learn and is passionate about helping children in a fun, engaging, and collaborative manner.
Complete the referral intake process, update necessary systems, and request needed paperwork.
Explain insurance benefits, discuss funding options, and schedule outpatient evaluations with parents.
Schedule outpatient therapy and developmental preschool initial evaluations with parents.
Communicate effectively and timely with state agencies and on-site locations in order to ensure quality of referral process (weekly one-on-one conference call, emails, etc.).
Collaborate and engage in team activities and events.
Responsible for using bilingual skills to work with Spanish speaking families to complete the referral intake process.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

:The Communication Specialist is responsible for answering 911 calls and appropriately dispatching emergency services within the established time frame. This includes gathering critical information regarding the nature of the complaint and verifying the location of the incident per protocol.
Responsible for remaining on the phone with the caller until the first responder arrives and coaches the caller per protocol as the situation requires.
The Communication Specialist assigns appropriate level of ambulance to the event and sends all corresponding information within 30 seconds of dispatch.
Responsible for managing the ambulance posting plan as workflow requires.
Flight follows helicopters when needed.

The Opportunity:
The Polysomnographic Specialist performs all aspects of care as outlined in national and departmental clinical standard of practice policy and procedure manual and in accordance with written verbal orders or approved protocol flow charts. This position will assist with MSLT and home sleep study set-ups. Key Responsibilities
Patient Relations
* Answer and return patient calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
* Identify patient concerns and chief complaints and route clinical calls appropriately.

* Assist with coordination of specialty services, behavioral health services, and 340B pharmacy program benefits.
