IMAGINATION STATION Part-Time Educator Approximately 20-25 hours/week DESCRIPTION: This key position is responsible for content delivery of a variety of programs and experiences both inside Imagination Station and out in the community. Educators will be encouraged to bring their creativity and ingenuity to the position in an effort to provide a positive and meaningful experience for all visitors. FUNCTION: Delivery a variety of science content to diverse audiences. Educators will be expected to deliver content in a variety of different ways including but not limited to structured workshops, facilitated activities, demonstrations and science festivals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enthusiastically deliver Imagination Station programming as trained to meet or exceed the standards of Imagination Station
Impart knowledge and know-how of program content; explaining purpose, scope, and adaptability to science and everyday work/life experiences
Present science programming/activities to audiences of all sizes and ages
Facilitate hands-on activities on a diverse array of science content
Strive to assure a meaningful Imagination Station experience
Assist other departments as needed
Make sure Imagination Station is well maintained on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS:

A member of the multi-disciplinary health care team responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of optimal comprehensive diabetes care and education of diabetic clients in accordance with established ADA standards of care. Profile Summary:
As a Retirement Education Training Specialist, you will be supporting the goals for Voya's Retirement Services as it relates to engaging individuals to save and invest for retirement. You will work directly with external clients as well as internal partners to deliver the right strategy that will drive improved retirement outcomes for the employees of a core set of clients - whether enrolling in their retirement plan, saving more or optimal product and service utilization. Profile Description:
Provide onsite education and motivational seminars on many financial themed topics to retirement plan participant and prospective retirement plan participants.
Customize PowerPoint presentation for specific plan design and plan features.
Maintain industry knowledge through continuing education programs required by their FINRA licenses in order to deliver onsite presentations on financial topics.
Maintain onsite training measurement system in order to track effectiveness of onsite programs to the plan sponsor (client) and to internal Voya groups.
Maintain compliant presentation topics and speaking points to maintain industry standards and approved sales/advertising techniques.
Book own travel plans via corporate supplied vendor and other duties as assigned.
Travel within the region up to 90% of the time.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4-6 years financial industry experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent public speaking skills.
FINRA Licensed (6 or 7 & 63 required).
Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans are preferred.

A member of the multi-disciplinary health care team responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of optimal comprehensive diabetes care and education of diabetic clients in accordance with established ADA standards of care. Principal Accountabilities
* Serve as a liaison between Sinclair Community College and the correctional facility warden, educational staff, and administration at the respective site(s)
* Assess instructional needs and opportunities within and specific to the respective site(s)
* Collaborate to develop and implement certificate programs with SCC department chairpersons and deans to meet the incarcerated person's post-secondary educational needs in correctional settings
* Orient staff and instructional faculty to teaching in a correctional setting and working with the diverse needs of incarcerated adult learners and correctional staff
* Oversee security clearance process and assist in resolving instructor needs when needed
* Supervise the assistant coordinator in handling day-to-day operational activities
* Oversee support services for incarcerated adult learners such as placement testing, academic advising, registration, textbooks, tutoring, and attendance
* Ensure all policies and regulations of the respective site(s), the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC), and SCC are followed and enforced
* Maintain records that conform to DRC and SCC
* Provide accurate and on-time reports to the respective site(s), SCC, and DRC
* This position is also responsible for overseeing all facilities and equipment related to the delivery of SCC programs at the respective site(s) to ensure that applicable policies of SCC and DRC are followed, most particularly security
* This position is in continual contact with the Director of Advanced Job Training
Requirements
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in a correctional, law enforcement, or higher education setting required; previous work experience in a supervisory role and/or an educational setting preferred
* Ability to exercise leadership for education program development in the unique and complex environment of a correctional facility required
* Current working knowledge of and successful professional experience working within the criminal justice system required
* Professional communication skills to include but not limited to oral and written required
* Ability to successfully work with diverse constituents, including college faculty and administrators as well as inmates and staff in correctional facilities
* Ability to supervise staff and manage resource and operations effectively and efficiently required
* Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while providing great attention to detail while meeting all prescribed deadlines required
