What You Will Do:
Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
Diagnose and repair filling and assembly lines as needed.
Interpret and utilize system error messages on related equipment.
Understand roasting equipment operation which includes the operation of HMIs.
Be able to work on bag slitters and pallet lifter.
Perform diagnosis and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams as per equipment repairs and diagnosis.
Possess the ability to use and understand multimeters.
Repair facilities related items, doors, dock levelers, lights, ballasts, sinks, drains, and general grounds maintenance.
Assists with roasting equipment maintenance which will require the ability to work on ladders and use basic hand and power tools.
Perform and assist in line change over and setups.
Who You Are:
Must be mechanically inclined.
Ability to work with computers for accurate data entry and to access machine manuals.
Be able to work with a CMMS (computer maintenance management system) or understand such systems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, make recommendations, draw conclusions and communicate effectively.
Must be able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
