Pros of working at Pella Regional Health Center
They have compassionate Christian values but are respectful & accommodating to all religions . I appreciate it's considered a small hospital but it's always busy. There's always excitement.
Cons of working at Pella Regional Health Center
The staffing ratio is an issue sometimes. But I know it's an issue across-the-board. Certain people make a job hard but doesn't mean the job is not good
