Administrative Assistant Job in Miami, FL
Qualifications:
- Full Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person
- Technical Skills: Excel, Office, Outlook, QuickBooks (its Plus)
- 2 + years of administrative support experience
Responsibilities:
- Professional and customer service-oriented relationship with unit owners, tenants, fellow co-workers, and vendors
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements
- Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments, and executing default protocols
- Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meeting rooms and monthly reports
- Greeting clients, guests, visitors, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
Salary: $18 to $20 per hour
