This position will help guide patients through the insurance process and assist in problem solving for various payers including insurance, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare and private pay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Educate clients about Medicaid, Medicare, and other financial assistance programs, and assist with responding to questions and inquiries
* Interact with patients, caregivers, visitors and agencies to answer questions, obtain information and resolve issues
* Assist patients with making appointments for care, test or needed treatment
* Participate in customer service initiatives
* Assist and provide resources for patients with additional services available, such as Medicare Fraud Classes
* Help patients log into the Medicare.gov site to update primary care information and check for Medicare fraud.
* Participate in insurance campaigns to include patients at transitions in life such as aging into Medicaid, aging off parent's coverage, patients eligible for low-income subsidies, etc.
* Work with the Managed Care Coordinator to assist with patients on gap list
* Familiar with using electronic health record (Ex. Athena and NextGen)
* Other duties as assigned

* One (1) year of customer service experience (preferred)
Pay Range $16.66 - $21.40

What You'll Do:
Complete the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment and complete intake sessions with clients.
Formulate a mental health diagnosis by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.
Develop an initial treatment plan, incorporating standard practice guidelines for each diagnosis.
Review and update the treatment plan with the client and others involved in the individual's care as appropriate. Measures change and adjusts treatment as needed.
Document assessments and care provided in the client's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and complete all documentation as required.
Complete encounters and associated documentation according to YVFWC requirements and coding and billing rules.
Respond to crisis situations with assigned individuals, assesses urgency of individual's needs and help obtain appropriate services as needed.
Assist individuals and families in obtaining additional mental health services and other social resources as needed. Document all referrals made to YVFWC case manager or other resources.
Work with individuals to transition and maintain a presence in a community setting after psychiatric hospitalizations.
Present mental health findings in verbal or written format to appropriate professionals. Provides case presentations for peer review.
Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For:
A licensed therapist who has direct experience treating children or adolescents
A team-focused individual who can engage with all levels of an interdisciplinary team
A therapist who can handle complex, multi-service treatment plans that may require expertise in evidence-based practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

What You'll Do:
As a Certified Medical Assistant working with our Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC), you'll be the vital link between the patients and our (BHC), helping to ensure seamless, compassionate care. You'll:
Be the bridge between patients and behavioral health services

Manage BHC schedules, messages, and follow-ups

Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Provide patient care services as assigned, which include but are not limited to:
Provision of pharmacy services through relationship-based care by in-person or virtual appointments

What You'll Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing non-professional level phone inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
Update patient demographic information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

What You'll Do:
Enters patient data in the system including patient name, insurance, allergies, doctor and diagnosis. Enters the prescription in the system, selecting the brand, product/drug, and appropriate strength to align with the instructions given by the prescribing Provider.
Fills or dispenses the product from the pharmacy stock and delivers to patient.
Processes prescription refills verifying refill availability.

Verifies product orders received with invoice and purchase order. Places a sticker on each item and places on the shelf.

Master's Level Therapist Requirements

What You'll Do:
Maintains patient medical records, updating patient medical history, current status including vital signs, medical treatments and medication provided.
Reviews and updates patient immunization records.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED that is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency approved by the US Department of Education is required.
Graduation from a medical assisting training program (may be a one-year certificate/diploma program or a two-year Associate Degree program) that is accredited by either the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). Clinical Psychologist Requirements:

Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Washington State designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) may be substituted for this experience requirement.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Dental Assistant Apprentice

Job Code:2025-20-90-002 Location:Flexible Department:Dental Full Time/Part TimeFull Time or Part Time Job Responsibilities: The Dental Assistant Apprentice will participate in PCHS's Dental Assisting Program where they will receive hands on training to work as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Upon completion of the program, the student will become a Dental Assistant and work collaboratively with the dental team in providing support for dental providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist dentist chairside during various procedures; accurately charting existing and proposed treatments
* Perform x-rays and intraoral photos, as needed
* Take impression, pour up models and correspond with labs as needed
* Use and perform spore tests; record and maintain the results on file
* Keep operatories and sterilization area fully stocked, organized and safe, assisting the dental coordinator in inventory, storage and ordering of supplies
* Effectively sanitize procedure area after each patient, in accordance with OSHA standards and prepare area for the next patient
* Conduct routine maintenance of equipment to include changing traps, filters and flushing water lines, maintaining the developer and sterilizer, etc.
* Maintain current knowledge of dental materials, dental procedures, oral hygiene procedures, and sterilization/disinfection procedures
* Other duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Practice medicine within the scope of the primary care program

* Promote health by advising patients about diet, behaviors, and methods for prevention of disease
* Perform procedures within scope of primary care program and the providers surgical competency /privileges

* Share in the after-hours coverage and calls as appropriate
* Mentor Advance Practice Clinicians as needed
