GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Peninsula Family Service, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team. The CFO is responsible for leading all financial and administrative support functions. The CFO oversees the Finance Team, collaborates with advancement and program management, manages relationships with external vendors, and ensures effective information management systems. This is a broad leadership role requiring excellent financial management and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead the Finance Team in delivering cost-effective, responsive, accurate, and timely services.
Oversee essential accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions for the organization.
Drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, auditing (internal and external), budgeting, and compliance processes.
Oversee tax, audit, risk management, and administrative functions.
Manage and monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial sustainability.
Participate in strategic planning with senior management; develop financial policies and operating structures to advance organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, OMB Uniform Guidance, and other funding requirements.
Staff the Finance, Endowment, and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors.
Manage relationships with IT consultants, auditors, investment managers, and other key vendors.
Provide executive-level leadership to assigned program directors, including monitoring service quality, budget compliance, contract performance, and departmental goals.
Lead, coach, and support professional development of direct reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years relevant financial experience, including at least five years in supervision and management.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required or a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or related field, in compliance with 45 CFR §1302.91(c) fiscal officer requirements.
MBA, MPA, or other advanced degrees preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial management requirements for complex nonprofit organizations, including federal funding and Head Start fiscal compliance.
Impeccable ethics, high credibility, and commitment to excellence.
Strong skills in presenting financial reports to the Board
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and compliance.

Act as a resource on behavior management to Special Education staff.

Summary:

Complete the developmental screenings (DRDP's) based on enrollment and follow-up schedules.
Implement Individual and Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Attend annual or ongoing meetings or share information related to child outcomes for children with IFSPs.
Maintain for an attractive, clean, creative, functional living and learning environment (which may include cleaning up before and after meals, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, etc.).
Maintain a clean and appealing environment for the children, by picking up toys, cleaning tables, moving equipment (i.e. setting up cots, mats, or setting up and taking down outside equipment)
Maintain ratio per program requirements. Visually supervise the classroom and outdoor area. Anticipate and move quickly to prevent potentially injurious situations that arise during play. Interact, initiate, and encourage the children in all the activities during the day.
Adhere to and participate in the program evaluation of program using the Environment Rating Scale, CLASS, Desired Results, and/or NAEYC accreditation standards.

General Description
The Development Manager is a vital member of the Advancement Team, responsible for cultivating and stewarding donors, supporting high-level volunteer leadership, and strengthening philanthropic partnerships. The role centers on providing exceptional staff support to the three long-standing PFS Auxiliaries, coordinating donor engagement events, and advancing relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community supporters. The position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO).

Key Responsibilities
Auxiliary Support
Serve as primary staff liaison to the three PFS Auxiliaries, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
Coordinate support for Auxiliary fundraising events, service projects, and meetings.
Provide guidance and resources to empower Auxiliary members in their fundraising and volunteer efforts.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship
Partner with the CAO and Director of Donor Engagement, Major Gifts to implement year-round engagement strategies for individual and major donors.
Support donor cultivation, solicitations, and stewardship activities, including personalized outreach and follow-up.
Assist with donor research, impact reporting, and recognition initiatives to strengthen donor relationships.
Events Management
Plan and execute donor cultivation and appreciation events, including the biennial Celebrating You, monthly tours, and special campaign-related events.
Coordinate small-scale pipeline events designed to move annual donors toward major gift levels.
Manage logistics, communications, and staff support to ensure seamless and meaningful donor experiences.
Corporate & Community Partnerships
Oversee stewardship of the Corporate and Community Partner Program, ensuring recognition and fulfillment of partnership benefits.
Collaborate with the CAO, Grants Manager, and Marketing & Communications to strengthen relationships and expand corporate and community giving.
Volunteer Leadership & Pipeline Development
Support efforts to grow the NextGen Associate Board through creative recruitment and engagement opportunities.
Promote and steward the Circles Program, ensuring recognition and benefits are consistently delivered.
Help build the donor pipeline by identifying prospects and supporting engagement strategies.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate donor information in the database and ensure integrity of donor records.
Prepare and distribute philanthropic impact reports for individuals, corporations, and community partners.
Support tracking and reporting for campaigns, events, and stewardship activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of nonprofit development or related experience.
Strong skills in donor stewardship, event coordination, and volunteer engagement.
Excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with fundraising databases preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
