Complimentary bathing, staff discounts, great colleagues
The standards have dropped, new staff dont seem to want to learn or uphold standards. Management are not engaged with staff or addressing issues.
Bathing
The CEO seems interested in employees, seems upbeat and engaged.
Middle management are unengaged and staff morale has dropped. A lot of long term staff have left. Management should take more tome to listen and address issues
Research the company
It is probably slightly higher than average however the pay increases are poor compared to other industries and inflation

The friendly staff, beautiful environment, happy customers
Great teams. Good money. Complimentary bathing.
They are open Xmas day and expect staff to work and a big deal is made to have time off. The assistant manager is not engaged and is out of depth. Overworked supervisors have meant things are not getting done and there is a desparate need for staff who don’t meet 5 star standards
