Assist customers with complex customer service issues and questions, coordinate with all areas of the organization to provide timely resolution to all customer requests. Promote a positive image of the Bank by identifying customer financial needs and proactively recommending appropriate Bank products and services including investments and residential lending Open personal and business accounts using a Bank computer system and other related third party systems. Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures when opening accounts. Participate in new customer relationship onboarding calls and prescribed network wide outbound call campaigns Organize work to facilitate a timely and accurate balancing of transactions at the end of the day while maintaining appropriate cash levels. Provide outstanding customer service while exhibiting a professional demeanor at all times. Utilize the customer relationship management system to document customer conversations and send referrals to other departments. Perform related duties as required.     Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Financial Center Manager in all aspects of sales and service, management, and audit and control for the assigned branch. Essential Functions The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function. * Achieve deposit, loan, new consumer and business households leveraging our relationship based sales and service model. * Leads and coaches team members to best in class internal and external customer service. * Proactively seek to bring in external business via disciplined calling and sales efforts. * Participate in the development and management of sales activities and processes for the branch. * Be an ambassador of technology by utilizing the customer relationship management platform. * Act as a product/services referral source for various bank departments including loans, trust and investments. * Participate in development of ongoing marketing and business development activities within market area, coordinating with other business units as appropriate. * Support branch management to oversee operations, administration, staffing, audits, compliance, and security. * Lead inside sales and cross-selling initiatives for the branch; conduct coaching for the service and sales program; regularly conduct sales and team meetings. * Follow and enforce all compliance and security procedures, including dual control, cash control, and branch opening and closing procedures. * Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management. Relationships and Contacts Internal: Reports to Financial Center Manager / Multi-Site Manager; Frequent contact with Branch Team members to discuss sales products, services, policies, procedures and changes; Timely contact with team members from various levels of the bank External: Frequent contact with current and potential customers regarding products and services; Representation of the Bank through community involvement and volunteerism Education and Experience * High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous banking or relevant work history and supervisory experience preferred Skills and Competencies * Sales experience and/or demonstrated aptitude and desire to succeed at business development activities * Thorough knowledge of Bank products and services * Excellent customer service skills * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact well with Team members and customers * Good Supervisory and coaching skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Basic computer skills * Ability to multi-task and remain organized * Ability to achieve sales goals through relationship-based selling techniques * NMLS required * Ability to use sound judgment when making decisions on behalf of the Bank Working Conditions Traditional office environment with no unusual work conditions; the branch office maintains six day a week operations (Monday - Saturday) with operational hours depending on branch location.
